Located right on the beach, Villa Watersedge offers a high standard of accommodation facilities suitable for those who want to spend their vacation in a private, independent, self-catering villa & close to the many local restaurants, bars, beaches, supermarkets, groceries shops & convenience shops. This private villa guarantees an unforgettable stay thanks to it's sensational views from the pool area. Guests may also enjoy doing morning or evening walks or jogs in the nearby seafront spots. It consists of six bedrooms, four bathrooms, a large kitchen with dining area overlooking the amazing pool area and a huge basement living area including a pool table and even a mini bar area. The outside pool area has a large swimming pool overlooking the sea together with a dining area ideal for those special nights with your family or friends. Free Wi-Fi in all rooms while air conditioning is available at an extra cost (one bedroom with 2 single beds has no air condition only fan) The villa is located in a relaxed neighborhood and right on the beach with pool area overlooking the sea with spectacular views. Nearby you will easily find pharmacy, green-grocer, supermarket (deliveries available) and convenience store , all can be reached by foot. Further down you will find Marsascala promenade offering several bars, restaurants, cafeterias and pizzerias. The beautiful St.Thomas Bay is located a few meters away. Pets - Villa is pet friendly however an extra charge of €75/pet for the whole stay apply. Please note that this villa is a self catering villa meaning that guests will take care of any daily needs by themselves which can be easily bought from the nearby supermarkets/groceries shops. We will provide 1xToilet paper & 1x hand soap bars in each bathroom. Optional enhancements for stay: - Pool Towels - €4 each per stay. - Baby cot/Baby high chair - Free of charge however must be booked in advance. - Midweek Cleaning 175Euro. - Food Pack 75Euro. Others: Payable on arrival/check is an environmental contribution of EUR 1.50 per person per night, capped at a maximum of EUR 22.50 per person for each continuous stay. This contribution is payable by local and foreign guests from the age of 18 and over and applies to all types of accommodation on the Maltese Islands.
