This unit is located at the 8th floor of the building. Access to entire unit. No sharing with other guest. Sleeping Arrangement: Bedroom 1: 2 Double Sized Bed (Sleeps 4 adults) Bedroom 2: 2 Double Sized bed (Sleeps 4 adults) Bedroom 2: 2 Double Sized bed (Sleeps 4 adults) Living Room: 1 Sofa Bed (Sleeps 2 adults) Total of 14 Adults can comfortably stay Sofa bed is self service. It is very easy to set it up. Amenities is of hotel quality. Towels and Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and body wash) are provided during your stay. Washing machine comes with free detergent. Complimentary coffee. WIFI Available.

Check in time is 3PM and Check out time is 11AM. Please be mindful of the time as we still need to clean the room for the next guest. No smoking inside the unit. Parties are strictly prohibited. Pets are not allowed. Under Japanese law, all hosts are required to keep a record of all guests. This includes their name, home address, occupation and dates of stay. If your guest does not have a home address in Japan, you will need to collect a copy of their passport stating their nationality and passport number. So please send me your passport copy after your reservation is confirmed. You may send your passport copy as an attachment via email or using your smartphone on your booking channel app. If you have any questions about this issue, please feel free to contact costumer service.
