The property features three distinct bedrooms, each offering a private sanctuary for relaxation. The King Bedroom boasts a luxurious king-sized bed, providing ample space and comfort. The Studio Bedroom also features a king-sized bed, offering a cozy retreat. The Queen Bedroom provides a queen-sized bed, ideal for a couple or single guest. The living room provides a sofa bed for extra sleeping space. Three full bathrooms throughout the property ensure convenience for all guests. You must notify us if you are bringing an animal! - Noise: Please note you may experience noise on weekends, due to the home's proximity to Centro Ybor. Once you book with us, we assume you understand the noise that may come along with staying in this property. We supply white noise machines in both bedrooms for your use to mitigate any excess noise. - Smoking: This is a non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind in the interior of the home will result in a $500 fine. - Trash Info: Trash days are on Tuesday and Friday. Trash cans are located by the street in front of the home.
