Located just a few steps from the beaches, this 2-bedroom apartment on a high floor with elevator offers a serene setting, soft coastal-inspired decor, and breathtaking sea views. It features: A bright living room with an open-plan fully equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, etc.) and a sofa bed for 2 One bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) A second bedroom with a sofa bed for 2 A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, double sink, and elegant finishes A furnished balcony with outdoor seating to admire the sea from sunrise to sunset The apartment is air-conditioned and equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, private entrance, and all the essentials for a hassle-free stay. Guests also have access to a large outdoor swimming pool (from July to August) located within the secure residence. Our apartment is ideally located a few minutes from the heart of Cannes, the famous Palais des Festivals and the Croisette. You will be just a stone's throw from restaurants, bakeries for your breakfasts, markets to discover local flavors, supermarkets for your shopping, public transport to explore the region and fine sandy beaches for relaxing days. The neighborhood is dynamic, particularly lively during the summer season, offering a perfect balance between relaxation, cultural discoveries and immersion in local life. Please note: The residence is partly under renovation and certain common areas may appear dated or less well maintained. This in no way impacts the quality of the apartment, completely renovated, clean, comfortable and consistent with the photos. We always do our best to offer you a pleasant stay without unpleasant surprises. Your stay can be personalized with additional services once your booking is confirmed. Professional cleaning is provided by our team, and bed linen and towels are included. Access to the residence's swimming pool is available from July to August, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily, for a maximum of four people at a time. The seaside pools are open from mid-May to the end of June, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM in July and August. Wristbands are required for access. When the reservation is validated, a registration form will be sent to you. Please respect the places and elements made available. Fees of up to €2,500 may be charged for the following reasons: -dirty and/or stained laundry -dishes not washed, trash not thrown away, excessive dirt -loss of key or broken key - non-compliance with internal regulations -smell of cigarettes or presence of butts
