Located just a few steps from the beaches, this 2-bedroom apartment on a high floor with elevator offers a serene setting, soft coastal-inspired decor, and breathtaking sea views. It features: A bright living room with an open-plan fully equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, etc.) and a sofa bed for 2 One bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) A second bedroom with a sofa bed for 2 A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, double sink, and elegant finishes A furnished balcony with outdoor seating to admire the sea from sunrise to sunset The apartment is air-conditioned and equipped with a TV, washing machine, private entrance, and all the essentials for a hassle-free stay. Guests also have access to a large outdoor swimming pool (from July to August) located within the secure residence. Please note: The residence is partly under renovation and certain common areas may appear dated or less well maintained. This in no way impacts the quality of the apartment, completely renovated, clean, comfortable and consistent with the photos. We always do our best to offer you a pleasant stay without unpleasant surprises. Your stay can be personalized with additional services once your booking is confirmed. Professional cleaning is provided by our team, and bed linen and towels are included. Access to the residence's swimming pool is available from July to August, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily, for a maximum of four people at a time. The seaside pools are open from mid-May to the end of June, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM in July and August. Wristbands are required for access. When the reservation is validated, a registration form will be sent to you. Please respect the places and elements made available. Fees of up to €2,500 may be charged for the following reasons: -dirty and/or stained laundry -dishes not washed, trash not thrown away, excessive dirt -loss of key or broken key - non-compliance with internal regulations -smell of cigarettes or presence of butts

Guest Access
Check-in is done in person: a member of our team will hand you the keys upon arrival. Arrivals are possible until 10 pm at the latest. Please let us know your estimated arrival time a few days before your stay. The entire accommodation is entirely reserved for you. The apartment is located on the 4th floor with elevator. Enjoy the residence's swimming pool every day in July and August from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, as well as direct access to the beach. A dedicated private parking space in the secure residence car park is included free of charge.
