A comfortable queen bed with crisp linens ensures restful nights, while the inviting setup makes it easy to relax during the day. With air conditioning, a Smart TV, and a balanced, uncluttered design, the space feels both cozy and functional—ideal for unwinding, reading, or recharging after exploring Athens. ✶ BATHROOM ✶ The bathroom is clean, modern, and bright, featuring a walk-in shower and fresh towels. Its simple layout and thoughtful finishes make it a refreshing and comfortable space to start or end the day. ✶ KITCHEN ✶ The kitchenette is sleek and practical, offering everything needed for light meals or morning coffee. In compliance with Greek law, each guest is required to provide certain personal details requested by the Greek Tax Authority. All information is handled with the utmost care and confidentiality. As part of our pre check-in process, we will also require a valid passport ID To make your stay even more comfortable, we can help arrange a few optional extras upon request: airport transfers, grocery shopping before your arrival so the apartment is stocked, guided tours around Athens, and mid-stay cleaning. Let us know in advance if you’d like to add any of these services. Quiet Hours (Greece Regulations) In accordance with Greek law (Police Order 3/1996), please respect the official quiet hours: Summer (April 1 – September 30): 15:00–17:30 and 23:00–07:00 Winter (October 1 – March 31): 15:30–17:30 and 22:00–07:30 During quiet hours, the following are strictly prohibited: Loud music, TV, or any high-volume noise Shouting, loud conversations, or disruptive gatherings Singing, playing musical instruments, or dancing noisily Any activity that may disturb neighbors (including in common or outdoor areas) Please note that Greek law is strictly enforced. House Rules and Terms

After booking the apartment, you must complete the pre-check-in process through Guesty to gain access to our guest interface. Without completing this step, you will not be granted access to the apartment. The guest interface includes essential information such as your arrival details, house manuals, and the services we offer.

FEES

- Guests that are considered paid are 2 yrs old and above, but please still disclose the number of guests below 2 years old and if you need a crib. - The cleaning fee that you paid for this reservation is the fee that we pay the cleaners before and after your stay. - Guests not listed on the reservation who are still in the apartment after 10 pm need to be considered extra guests

- All information will be handled with the highest care and confidentiality.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT, PILLOWS, LINENS, ETC.

- The apartment will be prepared based on the number of guests on the reservation. - We provide 1 extra bed linen & bedsheets upon request. - For reservations that are shorter than 6 days, guests will need to order and pay for extra linens/towels. - We know that you want to relax on your arrival and probably freshen up, so we provide complimentary shampoo, conditioner, soap, laundry detergent, and coffee pods for a day or two. - Check-in time starts at 03:00 pm and checkout time is on or before 11:00 am. - Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please avoid loud noises. if we get a complaint from the neighbors you can be charged 250 EUR for it.
