This contemporary and extremely spacious Villa consists of four bedrooms and three bathrooms, a spacious living room, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen suitable for up to eight persons. The exquisitely designed Villa Faistos also boasts indoor and outdoor relaxation areas and has access to a large private fresh water swimming pool overlooking the sea. There is also a paved terrace area for dining or relaxing in the sun throughout the day. The villa is highly recommended for those desiring an independent retreat for up to 8 guests in a unique beachfront location, looking to have the times of their lives in Crete. The Villa is usually open from April until late October each season. During the winter off-season you are invited to negotiate the use of the Villa on a monthly rental basis. Its large fireplace and additional heating creates a comfortable winter refuge to relax and use as a home away from home. On the lower level, you will find an open-plan living room and fully equipped kitchen in addition to an auxiliary bathroom. Then, on the upper level, there is a master bedroom ensuite as well as another bedroom with a double bed and a single bed with a separate bathroom. In the guest studio, you can find a bedroom with a double bed and 2 built-in sofa beds.
