With access to the Town Lift at Park City Mountain Resort just 200 yards from the front door and Main Street within short walking distance you will never be hard pressed for things to do! When you decide that it's time for an evening in, this home will not disappoint! From the heated driveway to the kitchen fully equipped with Viking appliances there are no corners cut in this home. You enter the property through the one-car garage or front door and are greeted by the great room including the kitchen, dining room and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and surrounded by beautiful dark cabinetry as well as granite counter tops. The living room has brand new furnishing surrounding the gas fireplace and 42" HDTV. There is seating for 6 at the dining room table with four more places at the kitchen bar. Just outside on the small deck is a gas BBQ that runs on natural gas so you'll never run out of fuel. Downstairs one floor you will find the den area that has a brand new, super cozy couch that is also a queen size sofa sleeper right in front of a 42" HDTV - a perfect place to watch the game! There is also a master bedroom suite with a queen bed and attached bathroom. This bathroom includes a glass enclosed shower as well as a free standing tub. The third bedroom is also located on this level with a queen bed a beautiful full bathroom just outside in the hallway. The full laundry room is also on this floor. On the top floor (one flight up from the entry) is the 2nd master suite bedroom. This private room has a queen bed, private bathroom and a very large walk-in closet. *Parking for 2 cars. 1 in garage and 1 in driveway. **Garage Clearance: 6'8"H, 8'8"W, 13'7"L *This home has NO Central A/C.
