Our Villa SLEEPS 4 and is Located on the Turtle Bay Resort! You can use the Ocean Villas pool and Jacuzzi, park for free, and pay no resort fees! You can also use most of the Turtle Bay Resort Amenities for a fee. You have FREE access to the 12 miles of hiking and biking trails, the beach volleyball court, and the luau shows located at the Resort’s pool bar! *(Amenities subject to change without notice per Turtle Bay Resort; you can rent a cabana or daybed to use the Turtle Bay Resort hotel's pool, and you can purchase gym access. The Ocean Villas have their own Heated Pool and Jacuzzi.) You have dramatic ocean views and can walk right out your living room sliding doors to the beach, pool and BBQ’s from this Ocean Villa at Turtle Bay! Located on the beach level just 30 yards from the sandy beach and 50 yards from the pool! The Ocean Villas have their own Heated Pool and Jacuzzi.) This property is located on the Turtle Bay Resort and is a legal short-term vacation rental. STR #1806 We were satisfied with our unit. It works well for 2 people. However we will not return to the property for several reasons. Too many very noisy families, including the hotel guests. A lack of facilities other than the hotel. 1 golf course closed. My wife and I loved this property for so many reasons. The vilia is very comfortable, the grounds are beautiful, the Beach House Restaurant a few steps away has excellent food and drinks, the location is great. We had a wonderful time staying in 105. Great accommodations with awesome grounds and beach. Close to many sightseeing opportunities and right by a resort hotel and shopping. Highly recommend this property. Exceptional time there. Villa 105 is certainly located in a beautiful spot. There are a few things that I'd like to bring to your attention. While the unit was clean and well furnished, a few things need attention.First, the floor lamp in the living room was sitting unplugged with the shade sitting lopsided. Upon plugging it in I found that the bulb socket was faulty and the lamp useless to us. The shade was not secured and with no way to straighten it; very unsightly. Secondly, the air conditioner control allowed only one fan speed and was very noisy. If we kept the fan on "constant" it was loud and disturbing to our sleep. If we kept it on "auto" it would cycle on and off and because the
