There are 4 bedrooms with a total of 10 beds and the bed arrangements are as follows : 🛏 10 Beds 🛋 1 Sofa Bed Accommodates 17 guests One story Master : 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Twin Room 2 : 3 Twins Room 3 : 1 Queen, 1 Twin Room 4 : 1 Queen, 1 Twin There are a sofa bed in the living room. Please note that since we don’t charge extra for additional guests, we only provide bedding and towels for the same number of beds, and also always double check the number of beds, as some guests mistake the number of beds with the sofa beds however, sofa beds won’t come with bedding. 📌 Reservation Changes, Early Check-Outs, and Moving Dates Please note that shortening your reservation, checking out early, or requesting to move your stay to different dates is treated the same as a cancellation. Once your reservation begins, the dates are blocked exclusively for your group, and we are unable to guarantee rebooking the unused nights on short notice — even during high season. We operate under a rental arbitrage model and carry fixed costs including rent and daily operational expenses for each property. Because of this, we cannot afford to leave the home vacant, and therefore cannot offer refunds or date changes after the reservation has started. We appreciate your understanding.
