Located right next to Plaza Tetuan and Gran Via avenue find this magnificent home features four large bedrooms and two bathrooms. Clean, modern decor is infused with classic architectural elements, to give the home a modern, yet genuine look. A well-equipped kitchen allows to cook delicious dishes that will be eaten in a spacious dining room that has plenty of natural light throughout the day, as does all of its rooms. The Eixample is located in the heart of Barcelona, where uptown neighborhoods like Sarrià and Gràcia meet the ancient Old Town, which includes the Gothic Quarter and El Born. Taking the bus to and around the Eixample is simple because to its large streets and grid pattern—just remember that streets alternate directions, with one going uptown and the other going downtown. The metro is also a convenient way to get to the Eixample because practically all metro lines pass through it at some time. The Passeig de Gràcia and the Diagonal are key changeover stations, with many lines accessible at each. *** TOURIST TAX & REGISTRATION PROCESS *** - Since 2012 the Catalan administration requires that every guest staying in a hotel room or renting an apartment in Catalunya contributes with a small city tax fee of 9.50€ per guest (over 17 years old) per night up to a maximum of 7 nights. This cost IS NOT included on your reservation. - National and International police demand that each guest, prior to their visit to Barcelona, would send information of their IDs or passports. This is mandatory, as it is stated in Catalan Law, and all legal touristic establishments are required to do so. - This apartment uses a self-checkin system via the Chekin platform that will allow you to register all guests on the reservation and pay the mandatory tourist taxes before your arrival. *** CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT *** Check-in time is at 17:00 hrs Check-out is at 11:00 am (non-agreed late check-outs will incur on a 100€ charge per hour late) *** HOUSE RULES *** 1. Parties, drugs, loud noise or any kind of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of 400€ and possible eviction 2. Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 9am. 3. Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (hallways, entrance, elevator, stairs). 4. Loss of keys will have a 100€ charge per key lost. 5. Smoking on interior areas will have a charge of 100€ + all cleaning fees involved. 6. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. 7. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition. Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities. Thank you for your understanding!
