Please note that dates are subject to change depending on weather and construction progress. The balcony for this unit has been completed and is fully accessible. However, you may still experience construction noise in other areas of the property during this time. Occasionally, access to the heated pool may vary due to ongoing work. Please note that no refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided due to construction-related noise or temporary amenity limitations. Amenities Update: The outdoor hot tubs remain open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, as well as the heated East pool. Please note these amenities may occasionally close for short periods for maintenance. When checking in, please register at the front desk to receive your parking pass and wristbands. The registration fee is $27.00 per vehicle (subject to change without prior notice). 1 Bedroom, 1.5 Baths, Sleeps 5, Washer/Dryer Bedroom - King, Common Space - Sleeper sofa, Bunk Bed * Minimum age to book is 18+ Check-in is at 4 PM CT (5 PM Spring Break and Major Holidays) Come visit the Summit- a lovely condominium complex right on the beach. In addition to the building’s incredible amenities, you will find that this condo has everything you need for a great stay: a one-bedroom with a fully stocked kitchen and flat-screen TVs. This place is great for the whole family and is a wonderful spot to base yourself when exploring the Emerald Coast. What’s nearby: Summit is located directly on the beach, providing easy access for guests looking to explore the coast. There is also an on-site swimming pool, hot tub, and fitness center. This complex is a short drive to St. Andrews National State Park. There is nearby shopping, dining, and nightlife within walking distance from the building. Visitors can take a 20-minute drive for a day full of shopping at Pier Park. IMPORTANT: Per PCB Ordinance 1632, maximum occupancy is 5 guests, INCLUDING children and infants.
