The apartment, despite its small size, has 31m2, will meet the requirements of the most demanding. Downtown Apartments combine hotel-quality standards with the comfort of a private home. Guests are provided with crisp white bed linen, a set of pillows, a selection of toiletries, and a welcome package including coffee, tea, and basic spices. It is stylishly furnished, and the layout of the apartment makes everything in its place. A comfortable bed, in front of a large TV with SMART function and a small, fold-out sofa. In this small space, there is a place for a bar, which will easily provide comfort during the morning breakfast or any other meal. Preparation of a meal is possible thanks to a fully equipped kitchenette, where we will find everything needed for a few days' stay. An additional space is provided by a balcony with comfortable furniture. The Nadmotłwie 68 apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is located next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk away from the Old Town. Although the area of the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town, we will still be accompanied by the view of the river, yacht marina or tenement houses of the Old Town. Please be advised that the building's common area will be closed from September 24, 2026, to October 11, 2026, due to modernization work. We apologize for the inconvenience.
