Quality linens provided and a large closet space for storing guests personal items. Bathroom has a shower and all bedroom and bathroom linens are high-quality and tastefully decorated. Hairdryer and basic essentials and paper products are available for your arrival. Enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine on the private sitting area in an enclosed back porch overlooking the city and the mountains. There is also a common back patio with a propane BBQ and seating overlooking the backyard. Full-size washer and dryer provided in common laundry area. The City does issue tickets & violations for parking on the street in front of neighboring properties. Pack and Play is available onsite. Please also be aware of our pet policy: -Pets should not be left unattended at the property inside or outdoors. We do have kennels available on request for an additional fee. -Please pick up after your pets in outdoor areas immediately. -Pets are NOT allowed on furnishings or linens. Evidence of pets on furnishings or linens will result in additional cleaning fees to guest. -Pet fee accounts for additional cleaning and normal wear & tear due to hosting pets. Pet fee does NOT cover damage or additional cleaning above and beyond reasonable wear & tear. ~You may be required to provide a photo of your Drivers License or Government ID directly to the host. This is for the safety and security of both guests & property Owners, and will be requested at the discretion of Stay in My DIstrict. - Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal. - Self Check In using lock box. Check-In is any time after 4:00PM and Check-Out is by 11:00AM. - A midstay cleaning is required on all stays over 14 nights for an additional fee of $50. Basic cleaning including disinfecting kitchen and bathroom, change linens and clean floors. - FREE parking on street and in Back LOT - Pack and Play must be requested ahead of time as it is in storage. It is shared and on a first come basis.
