There’s an elegant dining table with 2 chairs. In the living room there’s a comfortable couch and a Smart TV so you don’t miss the latest episode of your favorite series. The common areas are simply unique: they include a lounge rooftop with fun swings, couches and a cozy fire pit. From there you can appreciate a panoramic view of Polanco. You can also spend the morning at the Zen Rooftop (shared with the adjacent building), an ideal space to practice yoga and meditate, an oasis in the middle of the urban surroundings. If you need to work, we offer a Business Center with individual desks and a private meeting room for your Teams calls. And if you want to exercise, you can go to the building’s fully equipped gym. Don’t worry about filthy clothes, as there is also a shared laundry center. *PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED.
