If you are found to be using any of them past 10pm (except the gym), you will be told to check out of the property without a refund. » NO GLASS BY THE POOL. » NO SOUND SPEAKERS on the amenities deck. If a resident complains about loud noise (music, loud talking) coming from the amenities deck past 8PM, you will be told to check out of the property without a refund. » The pool/hot tub: While we provide access to the building's pool for our guests, it is occasionally closed for maintenance or seasonal issues at the building's discretion. We will not be held responsible if the pool is closed during your trip. We recommend that you contact us to confirm that it is open. It is closed every Tuesday for cleaning. » PARKING INFO • 1 free parking spot provided in the attached garage. You may also pay to park in the attached garage if you need to park more cars. • We DO NOT offer free parking to any cars with non-US license plates. Our apologies, we could not include this exception in the listing title as there is a character limit set on the listing title. • Garage height clearance is 7 feet. We cannot provide free parking for cars that do not fit the garage clearance. • We need your license plate & state of registration to properly validate your free parking. If this information is not shared to us prior to you entering the garage for check-in, you will have to pay for parking. » Pets are allowed however pet fees apply (PER PET).
