ID verification is required. 🚫 No parties, no smoking, and quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. 📹 Security: For your safety, the property includes a doorbell camera and one camera overlooking the backyard (no interior cameras). 📌 NOTE: If your stay is 21 days or longer, $100 will be added to your cleaning fee to accommodate a deep cleaning. We will coordinate payment upon booking!
