The Sandcastle House, Tres Cocos is a gorgeous 3-story home which was recently thoroughly remodeled. It is located in the exclusive Tres Cocos neighborhood on Ambergris Caye, approximately 10 mins from the town center. The home has a brand-new swimming pool and a beautifully-built private pier with seating area and palapa for great relaxation right on the ocean. The Sandcastle House, offering a one-bed, one-bath unit located on the Ocean side. There is a second one-bedroom unit located on the Sunset view side of the house which could be occupied during your stay. The 2nd floor home is occasionally occupied, but if not, guests are welcome to use the 2nd floor and 3rd floor verandas which offer spectacular views of the ocean, and sunset views. This first level units offer a large open living room, a bedroom with king bed, a modern bathroom, and a spacious kitchen. There are AC split units to keep the unit nice and cool. This beautiful home is beachfront with a fully fenced yard and a swimming pool and a grill. The space between the fenced-in yard and private pier offers lots of beach sand for barefoot enjoyment.
