This beautiful 2-bedroom apartment, located on the 3rd floor, promises a stay filled with comfort and style. As you enter, you're greeted by a spacious living area with floor-to-ceiling glass doors leading to a private balcony. Both bedrooms, each with a double bed, are equipped with A/C, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for whipping up your favorite meals. For those who love a good view, the rooftop offers a stunning view of the mountains while you enjoy relaxing on the lounge chairs, plus a BBQ and a dining area, making it a great place to relax and socialize. And don't worry about climbing stairs; there's an elevator for your convenience. The apartment's decor is a blend of modern and cozy, ensuring you feel right at home. Whether you're here for a short getaway or an extended vacation, this space promises a memorable stay. Versalles is one of the most requested neighborhoods in Puerto Vallarta, recognized for its fantastic dining options and friendly atmosphere. Enjoy a variety of options to eat on the same block as your apartment, and it's just 10 minutes from Costco and La Comer Fluvial, a great supermarket option. The guests from Sand Pacific will get a margarita drink per person as a courtesy at the beach club Mangos. There will be no entrance of the beach club, and the minimum consumption required is just a meal. Guests will have to book in advance directly to Mangos Beach club. Please review this information before booking to ensure a pleasant stay. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us. - Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book. - Check-in is at 4 pm/16:00. Access before this hour is not permitted. Check-out is at 12 pm. Extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee. - Please note there may be a potential for noise. - Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. - No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. Visitors are strictly prohibited. - Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. - Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. Any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of checkout. - No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $50 fine. Throwing cigarette butts or ashes from the balcony is prohibited. If this rule is disregarded, a fee will be applied. - No parties, events, or excessive noise will be tolerated. Quiet hours are from 10 pm/22:00 to 9:00. - Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it. - Pets are not allowed. - There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security. - A Pack n’ Play travel crib and highchair are available upon request. They must be reserved before check-in. - A beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs, and a cooler are available for rent upon request with prior notice.
