Enjoy the proximity to the family pool & playground in this ground floor condo. This beautiful condo is ground floor, as well as an end unit with lots of natural light. The open concept floor plan makes it easy for everyone to enjoy one anothers company - with the patio just off the kitchen you can dine in or out. No BBQ on the patio. Located in Building 19, you will enjoy all the upgrades of Las Palmas. 10 foot ceilings, wide doors which makes this condo great for those who might have a handicap. One of the advantages of this location is, no need to worry about stairs or elevators! The master bedroom has a KING bed and private en suite. Bedroom 2 has a QUEEN bed + 3 twins (bunk bed). A private en suite as well for bedroom 2. This condo sleeps 7 comfortably in beds. If you need an air mattress or pack-n-play just let us know and we can add it your reservation for a minimal fee. Please remember this is a ground floor unit and we are in the desert. Keeping the doors closed will prevent unwanted critters from getting in. We do NOT have a BBQ on the patio. CANCELLATION POLICY Short-term guests will be charged 15 days prior to arrival date and may cancel 5+ days before arrival date for a full refund or 1+ days before arrival date for a 50% refund. No cancellations are allowed on or after arrival date. No exceptions are made for any reason. Contact us within 3 days of booking to purchase Cancel Anytime protection for 12% of your reservation cost. Long-term guests, who book for 30 nights or longer and who book through our website, will be charged 15 days prior to arrival date and 15 days prior to the beginning of each subsequent month. You can cancel your booking at any time to stop future charges. However, any charges already incurred will not be refunded. No exceptions are made for any reason. Cancel Anytime protection is not available.
