Private parking spaces ensure hassle-free access to this villa. AMENITY LIMITATION: The pool is lightly heated (except in December and January). Only the surplus energy from the solar system is used for this. This means that we cannot guarantee a warm pool — the temperature depends on energy consumption, sunlight, and the outside temperature. Experience has shown that the water is always a few degrees warmer than in unheated pools. One of the most stunning views in Istria can be seen from Vižinada. As you enter, from the hill of St. Tomas, you are greeted with breathtaking views of vineyards thriving on red and white soil, gentle, wooded hills brimming with various fruits, and numerous stone towns like Motovun and Završje. Green fields scattered with flowers and the Mirna river valley complete the picture. The streets of Vižinada eagerly welcome every traveller, offering a rich history and attractions that are truly unique. This bedroom has two single beds, en-suite shower and access to the balcony.
