You have Pier Park about 2 miles away, and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. If you're into sun and sand, you won't find a better unit at a better price for a gulf-front complex on the beach! The unit itself was recently remodeled - now it's time to feel your toes in the sand! Additional on-site shared amenities include the outdoor pool, a large beachfront covered terrace, a 5th floor terrace, indoor lounge and exercise room with a ping pong table.
