The unit has been recently updated and features traditional Mexican decor, beautiful wood furnishings, thoughtful extras, and a tranquil vibe perfect for a relaxing vacation with your loved ones. The property and condo area are family-friendly, with a shallow pool in the communal area and available extras for rent, such as a travel crib and high chair. Enjoy relaxing in the comfortable living room with floor-to-ceiling doors that open up to the private patio with a dining table for meals al fresco. The kitchen is fully equipped to make meals at home and with an indoor dining table and breakfast bar for sit-down meals. There are two comfy bedrooms to accommodate 6 guests. The master bedroom features a cozy king bed and a Smart TV, while the second bedroom features two double beds. Both rooms come with air conditioning to ensure a restful night's sleep. A shared bathroom caters to the needs of all guests. Beyond the interiors, the condominium showcases incredible tropical vegetation, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. Two swimming pools, one for children and another for adults, beckon for a refreshing dip. With 24-hour security and private parking, you can rest easy knowing you're in a safe and secure environment. Stroll around, and you'll find fancy restaurants, local eats, a cool Food Park, two shopping centers, a supermarket, pizza joints, a spa, a gym, banks/ATMs, pharmacies, and nightclubs. The beach? If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us. - Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book. - Check-in is at 4 pm/16:00. Access before this hour is not permitted. Check-out is at 12 pm. Extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee. -If you arrive before check-in or want to enjoy Puerto Vallarta after check-out, take advantage of our special arrangement with Mangos Beach Club downtown. Our guests receive a complimentary margarita and can safely store their luggage. The minimum consumption required is just a meal. Let us know if you would like this option. - Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. - No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. Visitors are strictly prohibited. - Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. - Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. Any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of checkout. - No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $50 fine. - No parties, events, or excessive noise will be tolerated. Quiet hours are from 10 pm/22:00 to 9:00. - Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it. - Pets are not allowed. - There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security. - The bracelets must be returned at your departure. Losing or not returning them will result in a penalty of $2,000 MXN for each one. - A Pack n’ Play travel crib and highchair are available upon request for an extra fee. They must be reserved before check-in. - A beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs, and a cooler are available for rent, for an extra fee, upon request with prior notice. - The parking spaces are compact and, unfortunately, cannot accommodate large vehicles or trailers.
