Walk right into the unit, there is an assigned parking space. ~Immediately upon walking in, you'll notice the spacious fully equipped kitchen. Great appliances, Dishwasher, Stove/Oven, Full Sized Fridge/Freezer all available to you. Granite countertops, lots of prep space on the Island. Dishes, Cook Ware all available to you. ~The Living Room has a comfortable sleeper sofa allowing for 2! A Large Flat Screen TV with Cable Access. Wireless High Speed Internet available ~The Lanai features your own private garden area with Outdoor dining/relaxation on the Patio Furniture available to you. ~Air Conditioning Available as an amenity for your comfort. ~Master Bedroom features a King Sized Bed & Direct Access to the Lanai ~Master Bathroom has Double sinks & a Walk in Shower ~Guest Bedroom features a Queen Sized Bed. Directly across the street from Honl's Beach!! Best Sunset Beach in All of Kona. This development has one of the most beautiful swimming pools in all of Kona, and it even features a shallow keiki area. Two gates provide convenient driving access to Alii Drive or Kuakini Highway. Other amenities of Alii Cove include a Hot Tub, A Workout Facility, BBQ Grills. **All guests are required to sign a rental agreement with Knutson & Associates Property Management in addition to purchasing a Damage Protection Plan or providing a Security Deposit if they stay at this property. All guests who book Alii Cove#U2 will meet Property Management Staff upon their arrival to go over property specifics. We will turn on any fans/lights and ensure you enter into a comfortable inviting environment! We’ve rented this same unit twice for 5 weeks each time. Great location. Easy walk to shops, restaurants and small beach across Alii drive. Quiet! Beautiful pool & hot tub. Recommend a dining table, for four, on the lanai would be nice. Or at least four chairs, since the unit sleeps 4-6. First, we love Ali'i Cove and this was at least our third stay in the complex. The area is quiet, the pool is lovely, Honl's Beach is right there, and it's just a few minutes to walk into the heart of town. As returning visitors, though, we've been spoiled by other units in the complex that had nicer furniture, more comfortable bedding, bigger TVs, or better equipped kitchens. I'd still recommend #U2, but it wouldn't be my first choice within Ali'i Cove. Aloha, and thank you for taking the time to share your thoughtful feedback.
