With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms your group will thoroughly enjoy their stay with all this space. Step outside and you enjoy the updated facilities at the Las Palmas Resort. We like to say this is condo is "vintage". It's very traditional and comfortable for everyone. Come enjoy an amazing space, view and a relaxing vacation while having a good time with all the wonderful amenities at the Las Palmas resort. This condo has a great floor plan with NO BUNK BEDS. We have 2 master bedrooms with KING beds and private bathrooms. Bedroom 3 has 2 QUEEN beds side by side and a full bathroom across the hall. With an extra large open concept living room & kitchen PLUS a full size laundry room and an incredible view of Southern Utah's red mountains --- we think you will enjoy the cozy comforts provided. Not to worry - we have incredible internet speeds with the new fiber. CANCELLATION POLICY Short-term guests will be charged 15 days prior to arrival date and may cancel 5+ days before arrival date for a full refund or 1+ days before arrival date for a 50% refund. No cancellations are allowed on or after arrival date. No exceptions are made for any reason. Contact us within 3 days of booking to purchase Cancel Anytime protection for 12% of your reservation cost. Long-term guests, who book for 30 nights or longer and who book through our website, will be charged 15 days prior to arrival date and 15 days prior to the beginning of each subsequent month. You can cancel your booking at any time to stop future charges. However, any charges already incurred will not be refunded. No exceptions are made for any reason. Cancel Anytime protection is not available.
