This condo is located in the heart of Carolina Beach. Within a few blocks there are fishing charters, shops, restaurants, bars, festivals, events, and other attractions that make this a year round destination. The condo faces the ocean with a public beach access right across the street. This condo was remodeled extensively in 2021. All TVs are Smart TVs with Netflix, Hulu, & other Apps. There is a stack unit washer/dryer in the condo. Outdoor Pool is generally open May-October 15th. There is a bike rack available if you bring your bike. Access: Enter using an electronic code doorknob so you can check in as soon as you arrive! The code is changed between each guest. Parking: Assigned Parking for 2 Cars. An hourly/daily pay parking lot is available next to Beach Harbour if you need more parking. This lot is free in the Winter. Bedding Information: Queen, Pyramid Bunk (top twin, full middle, twin trundle under), sofa bed.
