The common area (living room and kitchen/laundry room) is freely accessible to all guests. The living room features a comfortable corner sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a small terrace furnished with a small sofa and coffee table. Two tables with chairs for your self-catered breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you need: electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, gas stove, dishwasher, washing machine, and a coffee corner with two coffee makers.
