Deer Valley Grand Lodge 307 offers the ultimate mountain retreat, nestled slope side in Deer Valley's prestigious Empire Pass enclave. This ski-in/ski-out condo gives you direct access to the Northside Express Chairlift and four ski runs, making it perfect for winter adventurers. During the warmer months, you’ll enjoy scenic hikes and mountain activities right from your doorstep. Guests also benefit from the convenient Empire Express Skier Shuttle. With world-class dining, shopping, and just minutes away from Park City’s Historic Main Street, this location promises year-round excitement and relaxation. This spacious single level condo with 2,225 square feet, contains four bedrooms, and four and a half bathrooms to accommodate up to eight guests. You will enter the home through the front door, stepping right into the home’s great room holding the living room, kitchen, and dining area – beautifully adorned with hardwood flooring. Living Room: This room offers rustic mountain furnishings including a sectional sofa and two leather armchairs, a TV with cable, and a cozy gas fireplace. The many surrounding windows bring in an abundance of natural light and stunning views. Kitchen: The fully equipped gourmet kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, including a Wolf 6-burner gas range, double convection ovens, and a SubZero refrigerator. Dining Room: This dining area offers a round table with seating for eight and access to the private balcony. Bedrooms/Bathrooms: Grand master bedroom — King-size bed, TV with cable, accent armchair, warm gas fireplace, and a Juliette balcony with lovely views. The ensuite bathroom has double sinks, a jetted tub, and a steam shower. Master bedroom 2 — King bed, TV with cable and DVD player, comfortable seating area, and a private bath with dual sinks, and a tile/glass shower. Bedroom 3 — Queen size bed, TV with cable and DVD player, and a private bathroom offering a tile/glass shower.
