Gather around the dining table with four seats or kick back in the warm and inviting living area. With the shared pool and sun deck, you and your group will have plenty of fun on your next vacation. What's nearby: This waterfront condo sits right on the white sandy beach, while St. Andrews State Park, where you'll find miles of scenic nature trails, picnic areas, and waterways, is a short distance from your front door. The famous Pier Park is only 10 miles away, and it has shopping, attractions, and big-name restaurants such as Margaritaville. For additional attractions for all ages, WonderWorks and the Shipwreck Island Waterpark are only a few miles away. Having more guests than the maximum of 4 allowed by law could result in a fine starting at $500 and ejection- NO MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED. Upon arrival, ALL GUESTS will have to register at the HOA office to receive their parking pass and wristbands. It is located on the first floor to your left as you walk in.
