Every corner of the villa invites a different adventure, from a Star Wars bunkroom to a princess‑castle retreat, making family time effortless and unforgettable. Sleeping arrangements - Bedroom 1 (downstairs) – King bed, sleeps 2, ensuite bathroom. - Bedroom 2 (upstairs) – Star Wars theme, 2 bunk twin beds, sleeps 4. - Bedroom 3 (upstairs) – Princess castle theme, 2 bunk twin beds, sleeps 4. - Bedroom 4 (upstairs) – Queen bed, sleeps 2, ensuite bathroom, balcony. - Bedroom 5 (upstairs) – King bed, sleeps 2, ensuite bathroom, balcony. Bathrooms Four full bathrooms, three of them ensuite, provide privacy and convenience for the whole group. Living spaces Two spacious living areas give room for movie nights or quiet reading. The downstairs dining room and upstairs loft offer flexible spots for meals and games. Kitchen & dining A large full kitchen equipped with stainless‑steel appliances lets you prepare anything from quick breakfasts to family feasts. Indoor and outdoor dining areas let you enjoy meals under the sun or beneath the stars. Outdoor living Step onto the patio to find lounge chairs surrounding the private pool, which can be heated on request. A hot tub sits nearby; it will feel warm and relaxing even though it does not bubble. The outdoor patio furniture creates a perfect setting for sunset drinks or morning coffee. Game room & entertainment The converted garage houses a game room stocked with air‑hockey, a foosball table, and a variety of games for all ages. Adjacent, a billiard lounge offers a relaxed spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Location Nestled in Reunion Resort, Kissimmee, the villa grants easy access to the community’s amenities and nearby attractions. Whether you’re heading to the parks or enjoying the resort’s facilities, everything is just a short drive away. Perfect for Large families, groups of friends, or anyone who loves themed rooms, poolside fun, and a blend of indoor and outdoor entertainment under one roof. Reunion Resort is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full time residents, so please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts! :) While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment! The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay: -For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout. -For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored. Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking. We appreciate your understanding!
