Kitchen / Bathroom / Washing machine with dryer function and Wifi in the room. Please note: Cleaning is done one time only after you check out Entire apartment unit space Its located at 3rd floors with elevator in the building This unit provides - 1 Queen size bed 2 Japanese futons comfort for max 4 people stay. The entire unit are new and provide Hotel standard amenities. Kitchen / Bathroom / Washing machine with dryer function and Wifi in the room. Entire unit is non smoking room , but at my balcony I have display the ashtray , when you need . All the restaurant , Convenience store are near by. Very accessible with the tram at the foot of the building. Around 5 mins walk to the Peace Park 15 mins walk to the late night area Convenience store, restaurants ,sopping street , street car station , Super market are all next to my apartment Official check-in time is 3 PM and Check-out time is 11 AM. Please be mindful of the time as we still need to clean the room for the next guest. The futon(on the sofa bed) are self-service, all the settings are in the storage/ shelf, with English label on it, clean bed sheets, pillow cover, futon mat, these are real Japanese style, it's super simple you can set up in 2 mins. In my apartment, offer with 1 heater, plus each room offer with air-conditioning which provide heating and cooling air depending on your need. Surely to keep the best comfortable temperature during your stay Under Japanese law, all hosts are required to keep a record of all guests. This includes their name, home address, occupation and dates of stay. If your guest does not have a home address in Japan, you will need to collect a copy of their passport stating their nationality and passport number.
