The 30 m² apartment is designed for up to two people and offers a comfortable layout where everything is perfectly in place. A large, comfortable double bed with a large TV opposite it will provide relaxation. In this space you can also find a wardrobe. A fully equipped kitchenette will provide everything you need to prepare any meal. Of course, there is a bathroom with a shower. Relaxation with morning coffee or an evening drink is provided by a private balcony. The Nadmotławie 100 Apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building commissioned in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. The area around the apartment is only just beginning its revitalization period, but on the way to the Old Town we will constantly be accompanied by the view of the river, the marina, or the tenement houses of the Old Town. Please be advised that the building's common area will be closed from September 24, 2026, to October 11, 2026, due to modernization work. We apologize for the inconvenience.
