Rates are subject to change.*** The home was very inviting. Kitchen was well stocked. There were plenty of linens. The lanai was very comfortable. We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful apartment. The layout was great, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms modern, and the kitchen perfectly equipped. Everything was spotlessly clean. From enjoying breakfast on the terrace to relaxing on the cozy sofa, we truly felt at home. The temperature was perfect thanks to the curtains and ceiling fans, and having a washer and dryer was super convenient. There were plenty of towels, bed linens, and beach gear available.One small issue came up when the dishwasher broke down, but someone was sent over immediately and fixed it on the spot – it was handled quickly and without any hassle. Communication with the hosts was smooth and highly professional. We didn’t miss a thing and can wholeheartedly recommend this place. Many thanks for everything – we’d love to come back!Just one little note of caution: watch out for stray golf balls – one flew right at us while we were relaxing on the terrace! The management company is very easy to work with, very clear and easy communications. The property was expertly cleaned and ready for our arrival. The location is perfect, away from the madness of the tourist area, but close enough for a quick drive over. The grounds are perfectly landscaped being situated adjacent to the Kona Country Club, and provides views of the ocean in the background to just take in the beauty of Hawaii. The Keauhou Shooping center is conveniently close for anything you would need. Can't recommend this property enough. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip. Mahalo, Knutson & Associates Really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very clean, and in good repair and the property manager was very responsive and communicative. The kitchen was stocked with the basic utensils, but not a lot of extras so if you plan to cook a lot be prepared to buy everything. They had snorkel gear, and boogie boards as well as plenty of beach supplies to use. I think this rental would be most appropriate for families with older children, since there is a lot of glass furniture. Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us such a wonderful review!
