Comfortable for families as well as couples overlooking the large, outdoor "Family Pool". If you are looking for a place to relax as well as be close to the pools, then you have found the right place! This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom is in a great location! With a very open floor plan and lots of space for everyone to spread out, you will feel comfortable as you unwind and relax at the Las Palmas Resort. The master bedroom has a KING bed w/ a private bathroom, bedroom 2 has a QUEEN bed and shares a bathroom with Bedroom 3 which has QUEEN + 2 Twin (Daybed+trundle). NO BUNKS in this condo! We have beds enough to sleep 8 comfortably. If you need an extra bed for 1 or 2 more guests, just ask and we will be glad to rent you an air mattress or pack-n-play for the little ones. CANCELLATION POLICY Short-term guests will be charged 15 days prior to arrival date and may cancel 5+ days before arrival date for a full refund or 1+ days before arrival date for a 50% refund. No cancellations are allowed on or after arrival date. No exceptions are made for any reason. Contact us within 3 days of booking to purchase Cancel Anytime protection for 12% of your reservation cost. Long-term guests, who book for 30 nights or longer and who book through our website, will be charged 15 days prior to arrival date and 15 days prior to the beginning of each subsequent month. You can cancel your booking at any time to stop future charges. However, any charges already incurred will not be refunded. No exceptions are made for any reason. Cancel Anytime protection is not available.
