On the left side of the hallway, the 2nd king suite features a large en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, large walk-in closet, box fan, hair dryer, smart TV with satellite cable, and dresser. You will see the laundry room located on the left sided wall with front loader washer/dryer and iron/ironing board. The kitchen features upscale appliances/fixtures, built-in microwave, ice maker, wine cooler, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, and all cooking essentials. The living room consists of a large sectional couch, 2 chairs, and 1 lounge chair with ottoman. This room has direct access to the balcony and breathtaking beach views! The primary king suite is located to the left of the living room and boasts gorgeous furniture, dresser, smart TV with satellite cable, and direct balcony access. Enter into the primary bathroom to find an oversized walk-in closet with barn doors, double vanity, plenty of cabinet storage, a gorgeous clawfoot tub, and walk-in shower! Admirals Quarters is located only 0.8 miles when turning left onto Perdido Beach Blvd! Enjoy the close proximity to Publix grocery, Walgreens, Coastal, and some of the best restaurants in town!
