Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo. Bedroom #4 is a lofted bedroom that includes a twin-over-queen bunkbed and a TV, DVD player, and VCR. The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo. THINGS TO NOTE: • This home is a 2nd-floor walkup unit, with 18 steps required (No elevator access) • Lot parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis for 2 vehicles. Guests will be given their parking passes at the gate. • Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees. • Washer and dryer in home. • The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. • Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
