Despite its small size, the apartment measures 30 m², yet it will meet the requirements of even the most demanding guests. It is comfortably furnished and the layout of the apartment makes everything in its place. A comfortable bed, in front of it a sofa with a sleeping function and a TV with the SMART function. In this small space there is a place for a bar with chairs, which will easily provide comfort during your morning breakfast. Preparation of a meal is possible thanks to a fully equipped kitchenette, where we will find everything needed for a few days' stay. An additional space is provided by a balcony with comfortable furniture. The Nadmotłwie 33 apartment is located on the 1st floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is located next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk away from the Old Town. Although the area of the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town, we will still be accompanied by the view of the river, yacht marina or tenement houses of the Old Town. Please be advised that the building's common area will be closed from September 24, 2026, to October 11, 2026, due to modernization work. We apologize for the inconvenience.
