Positioned just south of the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) and west of the I-5 freeway, it offers a blend of convenience and scenic beauty. Nearby Beaches and Attractions: La Jolla Shores Beach: This is one of the best beaches in San Diego for families, with plenty of soft sand and amenities to set up camp or lay out a towel for a quintessential Southern California beach day. La Jolla Cove: This is a popular spot for swimming, snorkeling, paddle boarding, and scuba diving. La Jolla Underwater Park: This park offers a variety of activities such as kayaking, swimming, and snorkeling tours. Scripps Coastal Reserve Biodiversity Trail: This trail is a 1.5-mile loop that takes hikers through a coastal sage scrub habitat. • Guests must be at least 30 years of age to book. • Minimum night stay: 14 days • Parking: space for 3 cars in garage and driveway/street parking also available. • Pets ok with prior approval and $150 fee per pet. • Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax. • Smoking and events/parties are not permitted. • Guest agrees that in outside areas there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and accepts the monitoring of the outside by security cameras. Guest agrees not to tamper with the security cameras. • As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us. • Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
