The Sandcastle House, Tres Cocos is a gorgeous 3-story home which was recently thoroughly remodeled. It is located in the exclusive Tres Cocos neighborhood on Ambergris Caye, approximately 10 minutes from the town center. The home has a brand-new swimming pool and a beautifully built private pier with a seating area and palapa for great relaxation right on the ocean. The Sandcastle House, offering a one-bed, one-bath unit located on the Sunset View. There is a second one-bedroom located on the Ocean View side of the house, which could be occupied during your stay. The 2nd-floor home is occasionally occupied, but if not, guests are welcome to use the 2nd-floor and 3rd-floor verandas, which offer spectacular views of the ocean and sunset views. These first level units offer a large open living room, a bedroom with a king bed, modern bathroom, and a spacious kitchen. There are AC split units to keep the home nice and cool. The home is beachfront with a fully fenced yard, a swimming pool, and a grill. The space between the fenced-in yard and private pier offers lots of beach sand for barefoot enjoyment.
