Street parking is available. The apartment is located in a central area, close to many attractions. Since we are in a local barrio expect eventual noise like loud music or dogs barking around . Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. We are a family-friendly property, and we welcome guests of all ages. Pets are not allowed. Please be aware that the minimum age to book is 21 years old. Pool is heated between December - April. Eventual water shortage can take place specially in the summer season as we are a destination with hydric stress, so help us use reasonably water when cooking or showering. We strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our guests.
