The villa features a spacious and comfortable living room with a fireplace, flat-screen TV and sofa bed, creating a welcoming space to relax. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, cookware and all the essentials needed for preparing meals. There are 2 separate bedrooms: one with a large double bed and one with 2 single beds. Together with the sofa bed in the living room, the villa can accommodate up to 5 guests. The villa has 3 bathrooms, each equipped with a walk-in shower, hairdryer and essential bathroom amenities. Bed linen and towels are provided. Outside, guests can enjoy the infinity pool and a private furnished terrace with beautiful sea, pool and mountain views. The pool is available seasonally from May 1 to October 31. The 100 m² villa also offers a private entrance, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, washing machine, free parking and an EV charger. Complimentary cleaning service is provided every 3 days. Please note that smoking and pets are not permitted.
