The spacious and bright ground floor house has been recently renovated & is fully equipped to cover all your needs for a comfotable stay (Jacuzzi, dish washer, washing machine, coffee maker etc). Enjoy your dinner on the porch gazing upon the sea, discover the nearby fish taverns and relax with a cocktail in the local beach bars. Free Wifi and parking are available on the property! The beautiful, bright and spacious ground floor house is located in a beautiful yard right next to the promenade. Recently renovated and fully equipped to provide comfort and relaxation during your holidays. The house includes two bedrooms, a spacious living room with sea view, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom, Plenty of amenities are also included (Jacuzzi, dish washer, washing machine, coffee maker etc are also provided) providing a comfortable stay. The first bedroom has a double bed while the second has two single ones (that can be also joined in a double one); a playpen is available for little children. From the front porch and the comfortable garden chairs you will enjoy the sea view while you dine, and relax in the private courtyard filled with flowers. Free parking space and Wi-fi is available for our guests. Messinia was characterized by Euripides as 'Kalikarpos' because of the beauty and rich land. Under the imposing Taygetos Mountain and in a small distance from Kalamata, the area capital, there is the beautiful seaside village Acrogiali. Acrogiali, in Greek means “Seashore”. In the village and within five minutes walking distance from the house, there is a mini market, wonderful fish taverns, interesting cafes and a popular bar. Also, in less than 1km away there is also the beautiful and large Santova beach with the fine sand, the small pebbles and the wild beach bars. The beautiful Kalamata city is only 12km away, while there are plenty wonderful rich lands, various beaches, seaside and fishing villages, archeological and historical monuments to visit.
