Book this unit if the Location is important to you! Washer & dryer in the unit! It comes with a covered parking area under the building for 1 vehicle! Unit#225 features a King Sized Bed in the Master Bedroom & 2 twin sized beds in the 2nd Guest bedroom. Excellent choice for 6 people! The property has a fully equipped kitchen. Central Air Conditioning available too! White Sands Village is Kona's Premier Vacation Rental destination with ocean and mountain views. It's located directly across the street from Magic Sands Beach; the only white sand beach between Kailua & Keauhou. The complex has a beautiful pool & spa area, lush tropical landscaping and two tennis courts. Other amenities include a paperback library and pool table area. A large covered barbecue area located by the pool with four barbecues. White Sands Village is located between downtown Kailua and Keauhou where there are theaters, grocery stores, shops and restaurants! **All guests are required to sign a rental agreement with Knutson & Associates Property Management in addition to purchasing a Damage Protection Plan or providing a Security Deposit if they stay at this property. Rates are subject to change.** We received great information prior to our arrival so there were no questions about how to get to the property, how to get in. Very simple departure tips as well. Our daughter stayed in a similar unit which was next to the road and across from the ‘beach’ (which wasn’t there this year due to high waves.) Our unit was a great size with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Even though it was only the 2 of us most of the time the extra room was greatly appreciated. Couple of key items - the property manager reached out to us the morning after our arrival to let us know that they were going to have someone fix something that had been previously reported. My husband had already fixed it so we saved them a trip out. The pool area was very clean as well as the grill area - all BBQ’s were spotless and easy to access to cook any of our food there. They was a building with a pool table and games as well as restrooms the the office for the comples. There was a covered parking space for our unit which we felt is quite rare. Every night someone came by and cleaned the outdoor flat surfaces so there was no accumulation from the birds in the area. Plus they cleaned all the hand rails and outdoor maintenance of the grounds is ongoing. Our unit was quiet which we really enjoyed. Our daughter’s family next to the road had a lot of noise at times especially since this is a popular beach area, so we were actually happy that we could go there and see the sunset views and go back to our unit for the quiet. We saw some parrots in the trees which was something we hadn’t seen before. Overall I think this condo was the best one we have stayed in on the islands. The VRBO was exactly as described. Great location near magic sands beach and great restaurants nearby. The place was clean and well stocked with towels, blankets, kitchen supplies, fans, beach accessories and anything else you would need. Beds were comfortable and clean. The building management company was quick to respond to any questions we may have had. Would stay again. We stayed for 7 nights and everything was perfect. We were informed every step of the way, they checked to make sure we didn’t need anything and the room itself was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for anything different it was perfect for us! Our family spent countless hours playing in the surf, often staying until the sun dipped below the horizon. We loved sipping coffee and cocktails on the balcony and winding down our trip with a peaceful day by the pool. The condo was very clean and felt like a comfortable home base for our family of four. AMAZING!! I stayed in unit 225 at the White Sands Village in Knoa Hawa
