However, the number of guests staying MUST match the number of guests specified on the reservation. No unregistered guests are allowed on the property at any time. • Pets are not allowed. Any evidence of pets may incur a $500 deep cleaning fee. • No smoking or vaping inside or on property. Any evidence of these activities may incur a minimum $1,000 deep cleaning fee. • We are unable to accommodate late check-out. Checking out after 10:00 AM will incur a $250 fee. • Fires, candles, fireworks, and other open flames are prohibited • No firearms allowed on property • Do not move furniture • Do not unplug, move, or tamper with electronic devices (WiFi, security system, locks, etc.) • Parties, special events, and retreats are not allowed per City of Sedona local ordinance • Guest making the reservation must have identity verified and provide a current phone number • A $25 shipping and handling fee applies to items left behind We are committed to complying with state and local regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete a guest verification process after booking. You will receive an email and a text with a link to complete the verification. This process is completed by a third party company called Truvi. We do not see any of your private information. Truvi will collect a non-refundable credit card authorization fee of $10. This allows them to collect reimbursement if damage is discovered after your stay, without having to actually hold a damage deposit. Please be sure to complete this process WITHIN 24 HOURS of making your reservation.
