This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom bungalow has been completely renovated, updated, and professionally decorated to maximize the views and your enjoyment. This bedroom features an amazingly comfortable King size bed and beautiful canopy draping... you will feel like you are sleeping in the clouds! The canopy draping has also been equipped with high-tech color changing LED lighting, which gives the entire suite fabulous lighting effects.The bed features 4 pillows and high quality hotel-grade linens. Lastly, there is a private 50" smart TV and blackout curtains so you can sleep like a baby. Bedroom 2. (Queen): Features a wonderful queen bed with high quality, white hotel-grade linens and oh-so comfortable mattress that you will melt into after a long day hiking on the trails. This room also features a private 42" smart TV and blackout curtains so you can get plenty of shut eye. Sleeper Sofa (sleeps 2): You will find a sleeper sofa in the living room that can comfortably sleep 2 small adults or children. High quality hotel-grade linens and pillows are also provided for this bed. The main living area is "configurable" and can be used as both a comfortable seating area or can be reconfigured to enjoy yoga while overlooking the red rocks (see photos). Both the indoor and outdoor dining area feature epic views so you can have both dinner and a view! Right outside the front door, you will have a large private patio perched on a hill overlooking the most EPIC views of Sedona. The patio features a private hot tub, dining area, and outdoor seating and lounging area for you and your group to enjoy. Enjoy a hot cup of coffee while overlooking the red rocks or in the evening, hop in the hot tub and watch in “awe” as the rocks light up for sunset. Words cannot describe the magnificence of this patio, so please check out the fabulous photos. You will have access to the entire townhome and private patio. The home is accessed via a smart lock. Please note that this unit is an attached townhome. Please read the full house rules before booking. Thank you! Violating any of the house rules can lead to your reservation being canceled immediately without a refund. • We do not charge extra for additional guests. However, the number of guests staying MUST match the number of guests specified on the reservation. No unregistered guests are allowed on the property at any time. • Pets are not allowed. Any evidence of pets may incur a $500 deep cleaning fee. • No smoking or vaping inside or on property. Any evidence of these activities may incur a minimum $1,000 deep cleaning fee. • We are unable to accommodate late check-out. Checking out after 10:00 AM will incur a $250 fee. • Fires, candles, fireworks, and other open flames are prohibited • No firearms allowed on property • Do not move furniture • Do not unplug, move, or tamper with electronic devices (WiFi, security system, locks, etc.) • Parties, special events, and retreats are not allowed per City of Sedona local ordinance • Guest making the reservation must have identity verified and provide a current phone number • A $25 shipping and handling fee applies to items left behind We are committed to complying with state and local regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete a guest verification process after booking. You will receive an email and a text with a link to complete the verification. This process is completed by a third party company called Truvi. We do not see any of your private information. Truvi will collect a non-refundable credit card authorization fee of $10. This allows them to collect reimbursement if damage is discovered after your stay, without having to actually hold a damage deposit. Please be sure to complete this process WITHIN 24 HOURS of making your reservation.
