Bathrooms: Master En-suite: Includes a shower, washbasin, and WC. Second En-suite: Features a shower, washbasin, WC, and a convenient washing machine. Kitchen: A fully fitted kitchen complete with modern appliances: fridge freezer, electric oven, induction hob with extractor fan, dishwasher, Krups Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, and microwave. Additional amenities include a small fireplace and a gas grill for BBQs. Mosquito nets are installed on all windows. Exterior Features: Terrace: Accessible via sliding patio doors, the expansive terrace boasts stunning sea views and features a Canarian BBQ and an outdoor dining area for six. Swimming Pool Area: Pool Availability: Open daily from 08:30 - 20:00, with adjusted hours on Wednesdays (12:00 - 20:00) for cleaning. Pool Access: Roman steps for easy entry. Water Type: Treated, chlorinated water. Heating: Electric heating available during winter months. Pool Cover: Not available.
