It's on the Top Floor(Second Floor) of the complex This is a very very nice condo with new to newer furniture, in a great location. Walking in it very clean and disinfected. The short comings were no cooking utensils a new microwave oven but no microwave safe dishes and only 2 wash clothes and 2 hand towels. After notifying Knutson they brought us bath and beech towels. That said it’s a newer rental and the problems will work out so don’t let that stop you from renting here it was great. We stayed for 4 nights at this property. Had a great time. The property is clean and accessible to Kona. They had detailed check in and check out instructions which were helpful. In unit laundry is huge plus. 10/10 would recommend.
