This spacious 4th-floor SOUTH EAST CORNER vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes an extra large, private Gulf Side View balcony with a partial view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach and the intercoastal waterway. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent weather! Vacation rental 401 offers a full size, a fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and cabinets...everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Sleeping accommodations include one king in the main bedroom, two queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and two queen beds in the 3rd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer double sink vanities and there is a walk-in shower in the main bath and a tub shower combo in the 2nd bathroom. 401 has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans.
