The apartment, despite its small size, is 30m2, will meet the requirements of the most demanding. Downtown Apartments combine hotel-quality standards with the comfort of a private home. Guests are provided with crisp white bed linen, a set of pillows, a selection of toiletries, and a welcome package including coffee, tea, and basic spices. It is comfortably furnished. The layout of the apartment makes everything in its place. Comfortable double bed, TV with SMART function and a sofa bed opposite. In this well-planned space, there is a place for a table with four chairs, which will easily provide comfort during the morning breakfast and any other breakfast. Preparation of a meal is possible thanks to a fully equipped kitchenette, where we can find everything needed for a few days' stay. An additional space is a large balcony from which you can see the famous cranes of the old town and the Motława River. The Nadmotłwie 140 apartment is located on the 4th floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is located next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk away from the Old Town. Although the area of the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town, we will still be accompanied by the view of the river, yacht marina or tenement houses of the Old Town. Please be advised that the building's common area will be closed from September 24, 2026, to October 11, 2026, due to modernization work. We apologize for the inconvenience.
