I was very excited to go to Kauai and stay at this wonderful location. The pictures on the web site were beautiful. The place was not. The pool was dirty, the screen door was rusted open. The outside sectional was missing a leg. There was no cold water in the kitchen. Shower doors did not close. Bathroom door did not close. An end table top fell off. The place was dingy and drab. Parrish came and fixed what it could . Gave us a new fan. No where else to stay. Don’t get this condo. You are getting sold a lie. Thank you, Jane, for sharing your feedback. The Resort Pool and BBQ areas are managed by the Association, and we passed along your feedback for their attention, though those amenities fall outside of our direct control.
