Q: Are pets allowed? Yes! Pets are welcome here. There is a $150 pet fee Q: What coffee is included? We provide coffee powder, creamer + a coffee machine. Q: Is the backyard private? It’s shared with one other Airbnb upstairs. Q: Can I book the whole house? Yes! Look for “Bancroft Memories” to book both suites together. We understand that accidents can happen during your stay, and we want to ensure that both you and the property are protected. For your peace of mind, we offer two options: 1) Non-refundable Damage Waiver: For a small fee, this waiver covers accidental damages (up to $250) during your stay. 2) Refundable Safety Deposit: A credit card hold, that will be refunded upon a successful property inspection after your stay.
